What James Glickenhaus is basically saying is that, he wants the new road-going racing car to be completely road legal and drivable on public tarmac and then, with minimal changes, to have it race ready. By race we mean the Le Mans 24 Hours race which he wants to enter with the upcoming SCG 003.
